The motorcycle body domain controller controls and adjusts some important functions of the vehicle. When the preset conditions are met, it can trigger and release the ESS (emergency start signal) function. In addition, the controller can support the control of low and high beams, providing better visibility for drivers in different environmental and weather conditions.
It is also responsible for monitoring the anti-theft status of the vehicle body. If an abnormal situation is detected, it will immediately trigger an audible and visual alarm to attract attention and improve the safety of the vehicle.
The motorcycle body domain controller can support the control of sound speakers and electric speakers, so that users can play different sounds as needed, such as music, warning sounds, etc.
In terms of power management, this controller is responsible for monitoring and managing power modes. It can provide local power mode, ensuring that even in the case of low main or backup battery power, some or all of the vehicle's functions can still operate normally.
It also supports the high-voltage and low-voltage power up and down of the entire vehicle to ensure the stable operation of the power system.
The controller collects and monitors the operation data of the vehicle through 1-channel CAN data collection. At the same time, it can also collect and report key information such as main power voltage and backup battery power.
T-BOX (remote communication terminal) plays an important role in the domain controller of motorcycle body. It can save the collected data in real-time to internal storage media for subsequent data analysis and fault diagnosis.
If communication is abnormal, T-BOX can store the collected real-time data on local storage media and wait for communication to return to normal before resending the data to ensure data integrity and availability.
Even after abnormal disconnection of external power supply, T-BOX can still operate independently to ensure the continuity of data collection and storage. This feature greatly improves the adaptability and stability of the controller in various complex and harsh environments.
