Tbox with Switching Data Acquisition

Collecting the quantity information of the four switches can be understood as collecting, obtaining, and reading the status information of the four switches through certain means or devices.

These switches may be switching signals from operating buttons, sensors, or other input devices in a device or system. Each switching signal represents a specific state or action, such as the turning on or off of a device, the activation or disabling of a function, and so on.

When collecting 4-channel switch information, it is necessary to use the corresponding hardware device or sensor to connect and read these switch signals. Some common hardware devices include data collectors, serial communication modules, and I/O interface boards. According to the specific device and connection mode, the switching signal can be read and transmitted through RS232, RS485, IO interface and other communication protocols and methods.

In addition to hardware equipment, it is also necessary to write corresponding software programs or configuration files to realize the acquisition and data processing of switching signals. According to the actual requirements and application scenarios, the software program may need to realize real-time signal acquisition, data processing, display, storage and other operations.

In the ACC system, the vehicle uses radar sensors to detect vehicles and obstacles in front of it, and automatically adjusts the speed and distance of the vehicle based on the detection results. If it detects that the vehicle ahead or an obstacle is moving faster than the vehicle, the ACC system automatically reduces the speed of the vehicle to maintain a safe distance. If the vehicle or obstacle in front disappears, the ACC system automatically restores the original speed of the vehicle. In addition, the ACC system can automatically adjust the vehicle's driving direction according to the vehicle's driving state and road conditions, ensuring that the vehicle can travel along the correct road.

An E-CALL is a button in a car used for emergency calls. In the event of an emergency, the user can press the key to connect to the call center with the highest priority, and the human agent will simultaneously obtain important data of the customer's vehicle and assist the driver out of danger.

I-CALL is a button used in cars for one-click rescue, but it is not required. In the event of a car accident, if the person is unable to move, the I-CALL is extremely important, and you can press the rescue key to get rescue help.

B-CALL is also a button used in cars for one-click rescue, similar to a mobile phone. This button is usually located in the car's roof console, and about 2 seconds after the button is pressed, it can enable the road assistance function and connect to the customer call center.
